I lived in Italy for several years – exactly how long doesn’t matter, because what truly matters is how deeply that country influenced me. Italy taught me to live more slowly, to appreciate the little things, and to perceive food as a sacred ritual.
I fell in love with its culture, lifestyle, and of course… the food. Pasta, wine, art, and smiles – a blend that changed me.
This passion gave birth to my idea. After returning to Prague, I decided to open a business that embodies everything Italy taught me. A place where the simple elegance of Italian life is felt, where design meets human warmth, and where every meal tells its own story.
I didn’t want to “just bring Italy to Prague,” but rather create a space where everyone can experience it – even if just for a moment, over a coffee or dinner with friends.
