Chef Venio Scoccini, originally from Palombara Sabina, is known as the ICC Brand Ambassador for the Czech Republic and is now bringing his culinary skills to Terra e Mare in Prague. He draws inspiration from simple and authentic Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and traditional recipes such as filet mignon with mazza frissa. He learned from his grandmother and honed his skills in prestigious European restaurants. At Terra e Mare, he continues this culinary journey, combining traditional flavours with a modern approach.
